Tips: How to keep invoice processing on track during vacation season ☀️
Summer break is for rest and relaxation. You shouldn’t have to worry about invoices falling through the cracks, getting stuck in approval flows, or payments being delayed.
Here are a few ways Rillion can help you ensure smooth and secure invoice processing all summer long:
- Use the “temporary users” function to delegate an inbox or role to a stand-in during your time off.
- Automate recurring invoices using Rillion’s contract matching module.
- If you do need to review and approve invoices while away, Rillion’s mobile version makes it fast and easy.

Optema is growing – new countries and more ERP integrations 🌎
We’re proud to support our customers through periods of rapid growth. This exciting journey has taken us to new international markets and expanded our ERP integration services.
For example, we recently helped our customer Hultafors roll out Rillion to companies around the globe – including the U.S., where Rillion is now integrated with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. We’re also supporting customers who want to connect Rillion to various other ERP systems, such as Jeeves, IFS, Microsoft Dynamics AX, and Dynamics 365.

We’ve moved!
In early June, Optema moved into a brand-new office space. We’re still in Arenastaden, Solna, but now you’ll find us at Pyramidvägen 7, with plenty of room for our growing team. If you’re in the neighborhood, feel free to stop by and say hi!
Coming this fall – updates and key dates to keep in mind 📅
- A new version of iScala (2025.1) is planned for release early this fall. If you’re still running an older version (2022.1 or earlier), now’s a good time to start planning an upgrade. Remember – the fewer versions you skip, the smoother the process.
- Optema Customer Day will take place on October 9 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (via Teams). Mark your calendar!
- The iScala Fall Conference will be held November 12–13 at Söderköping Brunn. The agenda is still being finalized, but automation and new features will be in focus. A formal invitation will be sent out after the summer.
