Troax has signed Optema’s Availability Agreement, which includes ongoing support and proactive management of the iScala ERP system.
Troax uses iScala across many international markets. The solution includes several integrations that manage order flows between different companies within the group.
For example, sales orders from subsidiaries around the world are processed and transferred to the production company in Sweden.
Through the new agreement, Troax gains access to Optema’s experienced iScala consultants to support the continued development of its ERP environment and the optimisation of key business processes. Optema’s team combines deep technical expertise with extensive experience in automating finance, order management and logistics workflows for manufacturing companies.
